After spending Christmas at home with the family, I stopped over in Brisbane over night on my way back to Adelaide to race the 500m Time Trial for the State Titles.
I had a great time, catching up with friends and family.
I rode a 36.30sec, Chloe Macpherson following very closely with a 36.38sec and Liz Williams (NZ) 3rd with 36.47sec.
It was very competitive which is great.
Since Anna was looking after her back injury she got to present the medals.
The presentation was straight after the time trial, I look a little pale due to the fact that I had no time to warm down after the ride and was struggling to stay upright and not pass out!!!
Anna thought it was hilarious!!!
